Food pledge
The Club’s food pledge sets out the minimum acceptable standards regarding ethical food sourcing and supply:
- We will not use an endangered or high risk species in any dish
- We will not use any product that results from cruel farming practices
- We will only buy fish from regulated catches from legal quotas
- We will not use GM crops
- We will use only free-range eggs
- Wherever possible we will use regional sources and local suppliers
- We will aim to maintain a high percentage of seasonal dishes (target 50%), to help reduce ecological and environmental strain as well as to enable us to help support local suppliers
- We will not use companies (or their products) who do not operate ethically
- We also pledge to remove a menu item, either temporarily or permanently, if we are unable to guarantee that its ingredients meet these criteria

Peros - Fairtrade for Foodservice
Peros specialises in Fairtrade products because growers in the developing world deserve a fair deal. Peros, the largest independent distributor of Fairtrade to the foodservice sector in the UK, was established in 2000 and offers a comprehensive range of over 350 Fairtrade, Organic and ethically traded products. As a result of their work, Peros has been able to improve the lives of thousands of people in the developing world
Their coffee roasters have been able to create our unique 100% Fairtrade Eros espresso blends using not only their roasting and blending experience, but also by relying on their long-term partnerships with farmers and cooperatives around the world. At BBC Clubs, we supply Eros Organic Espresso, created from a perfect blend of 100% Organic Central American Arabica and Robusta beans, with a faultless combination of sweetness and acidity.
The London Teas are a gorgeous, award-winning range of gourmet teas that are delicious, delicately-flavoured and decadent. Our teas and tisanes leave you feeling wholesome, refreshed, eco-friendly and happily fulfilled. London Teas tick all the tea boxes - not only are they organic but also fairtrade and carbon neutral. Ultimately, though, it all comes down to the taste of teas that bring customers back time and time again.

Our coffee is 100% organic, and 2p from every cup we sell goes to Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice. Last year we sold 61,544 cups of coffee to our members, so from coffee alone we donated over £1,200 to BBC Children in Need.
Hospitality
We provide a bespoke food and drinks service, served in the clubs or in offices and meeting spaces (dependent on their proximity to BBC Club London's sites).
Whether it be wrap party, breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake, drink reception, canapés or dinner our onsite catering teams are all skilled in providing high quality hospitality solutions.
