This session is taken by our qualified coach, and includes drills and short running exercises. If you are a complete beginner, this will help you to develop a good running style, and get you into good habits from the start. If you are already an experienced runner then these sessions are a great way of improving your running style and economy, and improving your pace. The sessions vary each week, but include, hill work, track sessions, time or distance sprints and fartleks.
