Jiu Jitsu is a martial art steeped in history. Women and men can use Jiu Jitsu to keep fit, increase confidence and well being, meet like-minded individuals as well as counter aggressive situations.
So instead of the normal gym stuff try a new activity that will improve your general fitness, flexibility, strength, coordination and self-confidence. You may even lose weight too.
The Club run classes twice a week (Mondays\Thursdays). You get to be taught Jitsu by a qualified instructor and the fees are extremely competitive.
If you do decide to join Club Jiu Jitsu you'll automatically be a member of The Jitsu Foundation (TJF), the largest single-style Jiu Jitsu organisation in Britain. This means you'll have access to several hundred instructors, get to go on weekend courses, joining up with peers in their 1000s.
Open to Club members only. The introductory course consists of 5 sessions packaged together at a cost of £40, which includes your £25 annual licence fee. After that, £4 per class
