Imagine you’re at the first hole, deep in concentration, preparing your first shot and you’re surrounded by rolling hills and birdsong. The fresh air is bracing, you’re with colleagues old and new and the long summer day stretches before you. That’s golf. And it’s priceless.
The BBC Golf Society was founded in 1928 and has a rich history and tradition. We hold monthly golf days from April to October at some of best courses in the UK, with discounted rates for all BBC club members – this means the society is excellent value for money.
We are a friendly society, open to golfers of all ability and new members are welcome.
Membership is just £30 per season (Apr-Oct).
Our events are held once a month and are a mixture of our standard 27 hole (all day) events and 18 hole events at more premium courses.
These events include catering on the day and prizes.
