Above And Beside The Darent

This is an 8¼ mile circular walk from Eynsford Station in Kent. In the morning we head to Lullingstone Roman Villa (currently closed for maintenance) from where we climb steadily up then meander through the hills of Lullingstone Country Park. We then descend to Shoreham for lunch. The afternoon is pretty flat as we follow the Darent Valley Path beside the River Darent for most of the way passing the Lullingstone Country Park Visitor Centre where there is a café and loos.
