Why Practice Yoga?

Yoga offers a range of physical and mental benefits that can help you feel your best, both on and off the mat.  A regular practice benefits everyone in a unique way, providing something valuable whether you’re new to yoga or advanced in your practice.

To help everybody get the most out of their classes:

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes and sign in before the start of class.  If you do arrive late, be mindful of noise and join in slowly to avoid injury.
  • If you need to leave early, please inform the instructor, and when leaving, please be mindful of noise and distraction for others.
  • Please keep bags and coats to one side to avoid obstruction.
  • Please turn your phone off and keep it away from the practice space.  If you need to keep your phone for personal reasons, please inform the instructor and be mindful to take calls outside of the practice space.
  • Wear loose and comfortable clothes that allow you freedom of movement.
  • It’s advisable to remove jewellery.

Please be mindful of strong odours, perfumes, deodorants & aftershave which can be distracting for others.

About the class

Join Lianne for an invigorating 60-minute vinyasa flow class, where you’ll be guided through a series of yoga poses that link breath with movement.

What to expect:

Gentle warm up: Ease into the session with grounding breathwork and light movement to prepare your body.

Dynamic flow: Move through a series of poses designed to elevate your heart rate, build internal heat, and increase your strength and flexibility. Some poses are held longer to deepen your practice.

Peaceful finish: Conclude with a calming meditation to help you unwind, leaving class feeling lighter and more relaxed.

Everybody is welcome! If you’re new to yoga, Lianne also offers beginner-friendly courses to help you build a strong foundation in movement, poses, and alignment.

Appointments last 45 minutes and cost £40.

People often start to see changes after one or two sessions.
