Rugby World Cup Wines Presented by Lauren Anderson-Smedley

We are very pleased to be able to announce that next month’s tasting will be hosted by an external presenter, Lauren Anderson-Smedley. Lauren is an organiser of drinks-based events for the John Lewis Partnership. She is passionate about wine and delving into the history of producers, and finding new and interesting tipples. She has some interesting wines for us to sample based on the countries participating in the Rugby World Cup. Lauren welcomes having the opportunity to share her passion and enthusiasm for wine with the AWBS. Lauren will be happy to answer questions on the wines, the producers, and her continuing wine qualifications. It should be a great evening and no, we will not be starting off with the New Zealand HAKA!
