Radio Theatre Event

For the first part of the session we will listen to and discuss "The gun that I have in my right hand is loaded" by Timothy West - an example of everything that can be bad in a Radio Drama (so we know what not to do!). After that we will go to the studio and readthrough a script from the BBC Library – The Parable of the Good Servant. It was written as part of a cycle of Mystery Plays reset in the contemporary world. The script is here – if you are able to bring a copy that would be great so we have less printing to do but we’ll try to have copies available. The original broadcast is also still available so, depending on the time, we could listen to that afterwards and compare what we did to the professionals..
