About
The walk starts from Tonbridge, and we walk up the Medway Valley by the side of the river and across some fields, at which point we stop for lunch at The Poacher and Partridge. The morning’s walk should take about 2 hours, so eating around 1.00pm. . Then a slight detour to Tudeley Church, as it has some magnificent stained glass windows by Marc Chagall, and finally through orchards and pretty lanes back to Tonbridge Castle for about 4pm, when the train users need to go back up the High Street to the station.
