Surrey Wildlife Trust Wetlands Stroll

A gentle stroll across local wetlands, starting and ending at Redhill Station, followed by lunch at the Home Cottage pub. We will pass through the Moors Nature Reserve, Nuffield Marshes and Holmethorpe Lagoons Nature Reserve, visiting Mercers Marina (where there is a small cafe and toilet facilities) and the surrounding countryside, before returning to the pub for lunch around 1.30 pm. All flat terrain, but may well be muddy/waterlogged if it rains before our walk. Around 5 miles in total. Meet outside Redhill station at 11.15 am (toilets available). Trains leave London Blackfriars at 10.19, arrive 11.10 or London Victoria at 10.30 am, arrive 11.13 am. Regular trains back to London throughout the day.
