About BBC Club
BBC Club was founded in 1924 as a private members club. It has been a part of BBC Life for over 90 years. Today the Club is the heart of social unity within the BBC.
All BBC and BBC partners staff can enjoy a wealth of services ranging from working up a sweat to the pursuit of a life long interest; as a place to meet friends or to work up the next big idea. Members benefit from discounted rates in our Clubs and on our services as well as a plethora of additional online benefits and high street deals. We also have a private lottery, exclusive member only events, plus much much more!

Menopause Yoga/Pilates

About
2 twenty minute sessions for peri/menopausal women, 12.10 and 2pm. Please email Lizzie to book. (See below). If successful you will be sent a PARQ form to fill out. Passionate about women's health and well-being and driven by personal experiences, Donna transitioned from her long career as a Solicitor and Partner in a global Law Firm, to start up an integrated movement & wellness business, delivering to the community and organisations, running workshops, events and wellness retreats in the UK and abroad.
Donna's journey into the world of teaching Pilates and Yoga began with training through YMCA for Pilates certification and a transformative Yoga Teacher Training (RYT200 Yoga Alliance) in Goa, South India, at Trimurti Yoga School.
Yoga and Pilates are powerful midlife tools as they help women to connect with themselves, discovering their potential both on and off the mat. Donna encourages her students to listen to their bodies and explore their abilities. There’s no one-size-fits-all; our bodies are all different shapes and sizes so we all create unique shapes.
Midlife and menopause bring unique challenges—parenting teens, managing work, caring for aging parents, coping with an empty nest and maintaining relationships. This phase can also bring significant emotional strain due to bereavements and work stressors. Finding personal space becomes crucial for wellbeing.
Donna is delighted to offer taster sessions of Pilates and Yoga at this event. All you will need is to wear something comfortable that you can move in.
